Replacement Policy

At Shandaar buy we not only aim to provide our customers with Shandaar products but also deem to provide Shandaar services which include our replacement policy.


  • Items will only be dispatch after our customer representative confirming the order and it will only be replace or return in case of any manufacturing fault or product exhibiting any physical damage at the time of product delivery.
  • The product will only be replaced if we are informed within 7 days of the delivery after the 7th day period Shandaarbuy is not liable for any claim of damage.
  • Product will only be replaced in case if they are delivered damaged or wrong product is delivered to you.
  • In case of the replacement for the desired product is not available, in only that case your money will be refunded.
  • Product will only be replaced or refunded if it will be returned in its original condition and containing all its original accessories.
  • All labels of the product should remain intact and products packaging should not bear any wear and tear.
  • Product will neither be replaced nor will money be refunded in case of change of heart.
